As I mentioned before , I always get calls from multiple banks wanting to loan me money and sometime coincidentally, one call after another. Sometimes, I think they must be colluding with each other to keep on calling me.
Usually, I will just ignore them and say that I am busy and not interested. But last Thursday,I just decided to be polite and hear the sales agent out. Usually, I will reject them and put down my phone.

Yes, from the title post and the picture, I find smart woman very attractive. The reason of my friends contend:

This year's team is much older and matured as compared to previous world cup. I still support Germany as I believe I only know more Germany players than the rest of the teams..lol
Nevertheless, like the World Cup 2010, I still support Germany!!
And I finally bought Germany's jersey this year's World Cup!
1st match : Germany vs Portugal!!! As of now, 3:0 Germany!!!

I almost finish paying off my 1st car's loan, so with some monthly cashflow available , I was thinking of getting another property for investment purposes.
It takes alot of time to browse thru the normal property website to find good deals since some of the interfaces are not so friendly and cluttered. You need to click here and there, and there is so many buttons appearing. (Maybe I am getting old)
