Asamoah misses the crucial penalty kick that was awarded due to Suarez's 'goal keeping skills'

Last night Heroes become Zeros while Zero become Heroes AGAIN for Uruguay VS Ghana.

Ghana lead the game through a late volley at the end of the first half by Sulley Muntari. Btw, Ghana is the lowest FIFA ranking team and the only African team left in the World Cup. Thus, they are considered as the underdogs against the Uruguay.

Through the game, they were attacking and creating chances like crazy. The statistics shows that the Black Star has more shots to the goal (30) to Uruguay's 19.

Uruguay managed to equalized due to a superb Beckham like Free Kick from Diego Forlan to save the day. However, it did not stop Ghana from launching and creating attempts at goal which at times were very very exciting to watch so much that the 1st ZERO in the game was born in the game.

Luis Suarez, the instrumental forward to Uruguay got a red card and awarded a penalty kick at the last moment of the game to Ghana. In actuality, he was extremely desperate as the the goal was shot on point blank. His hand blocked Ghana's supposedly winning goal. It was a right thing to do though, in my opinion. It either a 100% sure chance for Uruguay to lose or another glimmer of hope when it came to a penalty kick.

Luis Suarez, face really looked as like someone just killed his entire family as the penalty kick would literally killed Uruguay's dream of a world cup semifinal match-up. Suarez became a national HERO when the Asamoah Gyan missed the crucial crucial penalty kick when he hit the high bar. Suarez's face really lit up like a christmas tree since is hand-ball yielded result.

Hey, who says RED card is a bad thing if you can stop the certain defeat. We seen the 'Hand of God' by Maradonna to SCORE a goal, here we see 'Hand of a Savior' to prevent a goal from happening. LOL..

Football is seeing some crazy stuff last night.

I felt sorry for the Ghana team when they lost on the penalty shootout as they really play their hardest to reach so far for the 1st time. But kudos to the young Uruguay Lazio goal keeper , Fernando Muslera for alot of superb saves.

And also, a note of mentioned to Suarez for his wonderful 'save'. Maybe he is a goal keeper in the making and can quit being a forward. :P He will miss the next match though for the RED card.
