I was automatically enrolled into this loyalty program ( https://www.tmrewards.com.my/) since I am a streamyx subscriber. Lets look at what TM wants to offer customers to retain their loyalty. So you earn 1 point for every RM1 spent. From the screenshot, I have 250 points by default.
I guess I am not qualified to get the 500 points because the system automatically enrolled me in instead of me voluntarily taking the 1st step to subscribe to it.
The cheapest gift to exchange is the RM10 vouchers costing 2080 points. ( It is a long way to go for me!!)
Even though, you can also use your points to have rebates on your bill, i am not sure what is the conversion rate in play here.
