| New Strata Title |
I saw a new informercial on the latest strata act on national TV. (forget which channel though. It was a cartoonish informercial. Very easy to digest for a lay person). I tried to find in the internet world, but could not find it, else I would like to share this in www.knowthymoney.com for all my readers.
The informercial is actually a PSA (Public Service Announcement) from "JKPTG". Luckily I quickly memorized this when watching the informercial. Really hard to remember acroynm which don't really ring a bell when it comes to Strata Title. Neverthless, it is actually...
JKPTG = Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah Dan Galian Persekutuan.
Really a handful to remember...
Nevertheless, from the informercial, it states that there is a new law on strata title that took effect beginning 1st June 2015! where the most important objective is to ensure the issuance of strata title upon vacant possession to property buyers in Malaysia.
