How To Check Your NCD Car Value

I found a good website that I want to share to my readers on how to check the NCD value for your car. And also this website indirectly allows you to check what valid duration for your car insurance.

This is also a good way for you to double check whether your runner is doing a his/her job of submitting payment for car insurance and not doing some hanky panky to pocket the money themselves. (they might give you fake roadtax , etc)

The website also allows to you to check whether your car is stolen or otherwise by key-in your engine chassis number. (This is a feature i did not try)

My NCD is 55% because I transferred it from my old car. :) Yes, NCD is transfer-able.

NCD, short for No Claim Discount, is a discount given to the policyholders upon renewal of their motor insurance if no claim is made or arises from the policy for a continuous coverage of 12 months. The discount given is based on a fixed rate provided by Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) Motor Tariff.
