ITRONIC: Steady As Rock?

capped price for a long time

I been noticing this stock for some time, as I was scanning thru small caps to pick up any hidden jewels. It has considerable "volume" and buy rates but the price is capped severely to a narrow range for a very long long period. (1 years!!)

Why I took notice? I am just waiting to see whether/how will it implodes downwards because seriously this seem to be left hand selling to right hand maneuver. I went to look at the announcements, I don't see any significant thing that can warrant this type of behavior. (NO takeover offer, etc that could explain the stock price lingering and hovering with high volume ~50K-70K daily average )

Just curious?!

It is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
