Market rally yesterday even though it is rumored that most major banks need more moolah in the billions to stay capitalized in the biased eyes of the US government.
Lets see whether the people out there will sell the news now that DJIA has rallied pass the ~8,500 mark and KLCI passing the 1,000 points.
