Wow..it is so cheap to borrow money in the US right now..provided you have enough credentials. Asian central banker is also lowering interest rates. Hang Seng leap ~+1000 points to reach the ~14,000 mark. DJIA is back to 9,000 points after late day trading of sell offs. Now we are waiting for the GDP numbers for Q3.
